8N Lofts Student Housing

As students from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln transition to off-campus housing, there are various options available.  Willmar Electric Service joined efforts with Haussmann Construction to provide one more option with the construction of 8N Lofts.  Willmar Electric design/built the electrical portion of the facility.  Through effective engineering, innovatively utilizing employees talents and ideas to improve productivity, collaborating with another trade to tackle a mechanical engineering deficiency, as well as working with the owner to address an after move-in issue, Willmar Electric was able to help Trinitas Ventures accomplish their goal of providing another option to a new generation of college students in the evolving worlds of off-campus housing.
