NCCS Reception & Treatment Center

​Willmar Electric partnered with the General Contractor, Sampson Construction to complete the electrical installation and fire alarm upgrade for the NDCS Reception and Treatment Center in Lincoln, NE. Through constructing the new connection building, the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services is able to continue its mission: Keep people safe – those in public, those who work for the agency, those who visit the facility, and those living in the facility.

In December 2022,  the NDCS Reception and Treatment Center began operating at full capacity and with the full capabilities to process and medically treat new and present inmates, as well as transition maximum security inmates without transporting them to another facility,
